How we list and order companies

Who is listed
- Companies that have joined BidMyJob, have an active profile and say they cover Dubai.
- Only companies that focus on the trade. A company is included when the trade is one of its main services, not one of dozens of loosely related ones.
- A list is only shown to search engines when it has at least 5 companies.
How they are ordered
- By Google rating, weighted by the number of Google reviews. This stops a company with a 5.0 from a handful of reviews ranking above one with a 4.9 from a hundred or more.
- Companies without Google reviews are listed after those with reviews.
- Companies cannot pay to appear on a list or to move up it. Buying leads on BidMyJob has no effect on the order.
What we don't do
- BidMyJob doesn't inspect companies, their licences or their work. Ratings and review counts come from Google and can change.
- Before hiring, read recent reviews, ask for the company's trade licence and get the scope and price in writing.
How the shortlist works
- The top 3 companies are added to your shortlist. You can swap them for any others on the list.
- When you send your job, the companies you chose see it. The ones that want to quote message you on WhatsApp. Your number only goes to companies that want to quote.
Corrections
- If you run a listed company and something about your profile is wrong, update it from your company dashboard or contact us.
